A little bit about Anton

Anton Ogorodnikov is a results-driven commercial real estate advisor with a dynamic career spanning entrepreneurship, financial analysis, business development, and both residential and commercial real estate. He brings a multifaceted perspective and deep operational insight to his role at Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Originally from Russia, Anton moved to Maryland nearly 30 years ago and proudly calls the state home. Fluent in Russian and culturally versatile, he offers a global perspective with a strong local foundation—an invaluable asset in today’s interconnected real estate market.

Anton’s professional journey began as a business owner and consultant, followed by roles as a financial and business analyst. His entry into real estate started with residential investment and brokerage, where he successfully acquired, repositioned, and sold single-family and multi-unit properties. This experience honed his strategic thinking around value creation, operational efficiency, and exit planning.

Today, Anton specializes in tenant and landlord representation across retail, office, and mix use sectors, while also advising real estate investors on acquisitions, development, and repositioning strategies. His core strengths include:

-Structuring and negotiating lease and purchase transactions aligned with investment, operational, and market objectives
-Advising on build-out/tenant improvement allowances, deferred maintenance budgeting, and repositioning strategies
-Identifying off-market land and redevelopment opportunities, including sites with global manufacturing and logistics potential
-Applying a tenant-representation mindset within landlord and investor engagements to anticipate both sides of the transaction and drive balanced, efficient outcomes

Based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Anton leverages the Coldwell Banker Commercial global network alongside in-depth local market knowledge to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions to mid-market and institutional clients alike.

When not negotiating deals or analyzing market trends, Anton enjoys playing ice hockey, riding his Harley, golfing, fly fishing, and practicing guitar. He brings the same focus, energy, and discipline to every client relationship as he does to his personal passions.
